I have always had a dental phobia. Hadn't been to a dentist for a while and discovered this practice who said they are good with people like me. All I can say is they have been amazing. I'm extremely anxious and a nervous person. Barnehurst dentist made me feel very calm, relaxed and at ease with soft classical music playing in the background. They went above and beyond, they were kind and patient with me. they accommodated to my needs and explain everything to me step by step. All in all it's one of the best experience I've had in having dental work done on me.

What a great experience! Dr Walia and team are a real credit to their profession and local community. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. Saved a tooth that another dentist said needed to be removed! Nothing seems to be a hassle or a problem to these guys. The surroundings are so clean and fresh. I can’t believe they have just recently opened. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends. Keep up the great work!

THE BEST DENTISTS IN BEXLEYHEATH!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came to see these lovely people for an emergency appointment. My tooth was fixed same day with extra care and attention. I then went back for more treatment on other teeth and it has been absolutely brilliant! Not only are they so friendly the quality of work is brilliant and pain free, I hardly felt a thing. I am a usually very nervous seeing going to the Dentists but Dr Walia and his lovely nurse helped me and put me at ease. They spent lots of time with me, explaining all my options and even showing me my teeth on a screen to help me decide which treatment to go for. I really want to say a ❤️ BIG THANK YOU ❤️ for your help, I for sure will be telling all my friends and family to come and see you.

Absolutely brilliant new dentist, i would 100% recommend. I'm not the best patient when it comes to dental work bit I was put totally at ease but all the staff, they were so happy and welcoming. All the rooms are newly refurbished and had a little TV playing some calming music and pictures of landscapes around the world which was a welcome distraction. All of the work I've had done (clean, x Ray, filling) was all carried out with full care and attention meaning I had very little discomfort. Every step was communicated which helped to reduce my anxiety as I knew what to expect. My children also have come in with me to appointments as I wanted then to not feel scared of a visit to the dentist and they loved coming in and meeting the staff.

Having a huge dentist phobia and being terrified of injections , going to the dentist has always been a nightmare experience . After signing over from another local dentist , I was so impressed with there patience and understanding of my concerns and fears . Also all staff were very informative and explained everything and were very patient with me . I can say my experience today was the best i have ever had at a dental surgery and i will continue to visit as often as required . I just wanted to share my first experience of attending Barnehurst Dental Practice. I decided to visit this practice as I had been experiencing a niggle in one of two top teeth. From the moment of booking with Lisa I felt at ease as I am extremely nervous patient. I was then greeted by Lynsey who also made me feel at ease and then I met Dr Hardeep Walia who is brilliant listening to all I said then explaining everything he was going to be doing. After x rays it was decided the best way forward was to remove both teeth and luckily for me he was able to do this there and then. Talking me through step by step and on the scale of 1-10 for any pain during this procedure = 0. Therefore if anyone is reading through this and wondering if they should book a visit then make sure you do because it is something you will definitely not regret. An amazing Dental Practice which sometimes can be extremely hard to find.

From the moment I entered the Practice, I was put at ease by Lisa, the Practice Manager. I explained my nervous anxiety, and she put me entirely at ease. She was able to arrange for me to see an emergency dentist within 3 hours. Dr Hadeep Lalia was absolutely incredible! He was extremely attentive and reassuring, taking time to explain his examination, and his recommendations, whilst leaving the decision entirely up to me. He even showed me my x-Rays on the TV screen. Everything was very clearly explained, no rushing, and 2 extractions later, I left with the feeling that these people really cared about my Mental Well Being, as well as my teeth. I am so glad I switched to this dentist! Dr Sandeep Walia completely put me at ease on my first visit and gave me a personal, tailored plan to sort some issues I was having with my teeth. He really took the time to explain the different options available to me and I've never felt pressured or upsold - something that has happened to me before elsewhere. I've had 2 more sessions since and they never felt rushed or impersonal, something I've also experienced at other practices. One of the sessions I had was a deep-clean hygienist appointment which I was DREADING having experienced such discomfort and pain at my previous dentist - I thought the pain was normal and I was braced to deal with it. But Dr Sandeep and Lisa did such a fantastic job I couldn't believe the result and with NO discomfort at all. I've also had a couple of fillings here - again - no bother whatsoever and a friendly email check-in from Practice Manager Lisa a week later to see how my filling was settling in was a really nice touch. Everything they do here is so personable and delivered by a lovely team in a clean, professional setting. I can't recommend them enough.
